Both are sealed the same way. Being worried about disturbing their head/neck orientation is lower on the priority list than bleeding and airway. Follow the MARCH sequence: M- massive hemorrhaging (tourniquets) A- airway (ensure breathing) R- respiration (chest seals, observe) C- circulation (is blood pumping?) H- hypothermia (prevent shock, blanket) Prep for evac and monitor.
